Paris is always a good idea – Air Transat

December 16, 2017

It is right to say that Paris is always a good idea. In my opinion, no other city is as charming and inspiring as this one. If you’re either a fashionista, a foodie, a design enthusiast or a history geek – Paris has it all! Although the city of love looks magical throughout the 4 seasons, the scenery is particularly enchanting during Fall. With Christmas around the corner and Air Transat having lots of direct flights from Montreal each week, here’s 5 reasons why Paris should be on your 2018 Fall travel radar. Continue Reading

Amsterdam with Chic Retreats

November 9, 2017

Fall is not only my favorite season fashion wise but it’s also, in my opinion, the best time to travel in Europe. If there’s one city that’s absolutely magical during Fall, it’s Amsterdam. Think moody weather, an orange scenery with leaves everywhere, the smell of coffee in the little alleys and little boats cruising the canals filled with people keeping warm in chunky blankets – can’t get better than this! I had the chance to visit this beautiful city once again this year with the help of Chic Retreats while booking one of the most memorable stays at the Canal House. Continue Reading

Shop The 26th Look x Shop Manoir

October 2, 2017

When I started my european journey last year I knew I had to put on pause one of my most cherished project, my e-shop, Shop The 26th Look. Since all activities were based in North America (buying, shipping etc.) it was pretty much mission impossible. I had so many people asking me about the future of the store and I couldn’t give them an exact answer…until I had a talk with my girls at Le Manoir. Continue Reading

Oh how I love these mild Fall days! I’m definitely taking advantage of this weather to rock my Stuart Weitzman boots one more time (best part of it is not having to wear tights). I decided to wear this pretty little number from Shop The 26th Look new collection but added a little twist by styling it with a delicate belt (so delicate that you don’t even see it – hahaha). As much as I am an “whatever’s oversize” fan, I, from time to time, love to spice things up a little. And by spice things up a little I mean wearing some more fitted pieces (and showing some side skin at the same time ;)). Balancing it all with the perfect faux leather jacket from BlankNYC. I recently discovered this brand and my edgy chic side is very thankful. Never enough jackets when living in Montreal, right?

Had my eyes on these thigh high babes for a while now and was super excited to receive them right on time for my 30k on Instagram. “Interrupting this post to say THANK YOU to all of you following my journey”. I’ve recently launched my first fashion capsule “The Downtown Edition” (an in between fall & winter limited edition collection) which was inspired by timeless pieces and ready to wear basics and I’m not even kidding, while I was shopping, I was telling myself that every piece would look good with a pair of sky high suede boots – what a coincidence :P. Sweater dresses are a must this Fall and there’s no better way to wear them than with this pair of Stuart Weitzman boots. I feel like my legs look 10 times longer and it adds an instant sexy factor to any outfit. Not only do they stay still (thanks to the little tie in the back) but they are SO comfortable. I wore them to my last pop-up shop event and was even able to go out for dinner afterwards – yay! The dress I’m wearing is currently sold out but you will (most likely) love the Back To Black Dress or the French Exit one – happy shopping 😉 xox.
