I’ve had straight locks all my life and it took me forever to finally start playing around with my hair. Since I’m always in the rush, I usually only let them dry naturally, hoping for the best once they are dry (aka no weird baby hair or annoying frizz). Now that winter is here, I obviously had to switch techniques or I would catch a cold before even arriving at destination. I tried the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer for the first time last week and I am now in hair heaven. Not only does it take me 8 mins to dry my hair but I also have time to style my hair for the upcoming holidays (in 2-3 easy steps, I promise).
Bonjour Paris! I’m back in the city of love for Fashion Week and I can’t wait to discover new trends while eating as many fresh croissants as possible ;). While this new season got me excited about turtlenecks and trench coats, it’s also time for me to add a few new hairdos to my portfolio. I teamed up with John Frieda® Canada to show you how to achieve this Parisian messy side braid in a few easy steps.
I feel like everybody has their own signature hairstyle. Either it’s a sleek ponytail or some fun curls, we all have that one style we love doing over and over again. Although you will see me with straight hair most of the time (mainly due to the fact that I love wearing hats) I recently started an obsession with messy top buns and I simply can’t get enough. Because so many of you asked about it, here’s how I achieve this effortless look in no time with some of my favourite John Frieda® Canada products.
New season calls for new adventures and I’m so ready for fun getaways this Spring! I love traveling light (even though I always end up complaining I didn’t bring enough clothes) and when it comes to my beauty routine, I always try and pack travel-size products that will fit my carry-on bag. It’s also a great way to test the products and see what works best for me before buying the full size. For skincare shopping, my go-to place is Sephora because they really do have the best product selection out there.
